Where's the shop? (top)
Our walk-in retail archery shop is located in Coffeyville, Kansas. We stock a wide range of products and operate evenings and weekend store
hours year round. If you are within driving distance and would like to visit the shop, please come see us!
We we process orders daily for the online store to ensure you get your products!

Do you need technical advice? (top)
Selecting the correct equipment may require technical advice from one of technical support representatives. Please do
contact us by phone to get the advice you need before purchasing your products. It will save time and money for us all. As a
suggestion, please do check out the archery forums for advice from others. Post a message and you'll generally get some good
responses from very knowledgable archers.
What are the response times to email? (top)
Email is the quickest and best method to contact us and and will be responded to in the order received. If you
have made an order or have general questions about the products listed on the site, email is the best option to contacts us.
We try to respond to all email queries with 4 hours.
Security and payment handling? (top)
All orders through Perfect Arrow Archery are securely processed using PayPal. You can choose to pay with your PayPal
account or use a major credit card. Credit card transactions will show on your statement as PERFCTARROW or will have the
extended name of PERFECTARROW ARCHRY.
How long does it take to get my order? (top)
We ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, normally the same day or within 2 days of receiving
the order. The order is shipped by the fastest and most economical route. We reserve the right to select the
courier that better suits the buyer for both time and money savings. Most orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or
FedEx at our discretion. You can expect to receive your order within 2-14 working days subject to the item being in
stock. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to back order or cancel. Special
non-standard delivery requests may also incur additional costs. (Non-standard such as life size targets, heavy metal
tree stands, etc,.)
Backorders should ship within 30 days.
Is international shipping offered? (top)
We have a few guidelines for international orders that you should know. Please read the following
information when purchasing products internationally. You will need to allow the full 14 days to receive
your order from the date of dispatch.
- We accept international orders but at this time our website may not able to calculate the shipping
costs accurately.
- You will need place the order through our website, then we'll check with the shipping providers
to determine any extra cost. At that point we'll send you an invoice via Paypal for additional funds to
cover shipping. This is the most practical method for international orders at this time. You may contact us
before purchasing on the website for a "shipping estimate".
- You are responsible for any duty or customs tax for your country.
- You also take full responsiblity to know the laws within your country for products that are illegal.
- We will not change the invoice to read "gift" or reduce the cost displayed on the invoice.

Retail shop prices vs online (top)
Pricing online maybe cheaper than in our retail store (Lay's Archery). This is due to the cost of aged inventory on
hand, overhead expenses, property, local and state tax, and employee expenses. These factors yield a higher cost
in the retail shop. If you want the online prices, then you must purchase the product(s) online. Prices in our pro shop
are generally different.
