Goods will only be despatched when payment has been received via Paypal, eCheck(must be cleared) or credit card.
Delivery will be between 2-14 days working days. Please contact us if you have not been notified that your item has been dispatched within
3 days, or if you have not received the item within 10 working days. (working days are Monday through Friday)
You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason. If the order is cancelled while processing
or making the order or delivery of, all charges (including delivery) are the responsibility of the buyer. We will
attempt to stop the order but cannot ensure it will be possible to refund you. All returns will incur a 20%
restocking fee if the order is delivered and if the product is used or opened. If your order arrives and you no longer want
the product(s), just return to us without opening the package for a full refund (less shipping costs). If goods are
found to be faulty within 3 days of receiving the products(s), responsibility for delivery and returns will be met by you. Once items
are found to be faulty by us, return fees will be reimbursed to you.
If we cannot fulfill the order through lack of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If this
is not satisfactory we will refund all monies paid by the same method of payment, within a timely manner.
Many items will require a signature please be aware of this when entering a delivery address. If goods are returned
through non-delivery then you will be charged ALL shipping charges, at cost. You will be required to pay for additional
shipping charges for the second attempt to deliver to you.
After you receive your order details via email (sales receipt), please advise us by email immediately if a specific
delivery day is required. We will do our best to send out the item for that date, but we do not take
responsibility if the item is delayed by the shipping carrier.
Lastly, you agree, acknowledge, and accept these terms and conditions by submitting an order to us through our website.
ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN PERFECT ARROW & CONSUMER (FULL)
These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully
as they contain important information.
General terms and conditions:

Perfect Arrow is a place where customers can expect service that does not come to an end at the door on the way out.
It is a service built on friendship and customer loyalty and with your continuing support we can continue to offer
competitive prices and the same excellent service year after year. If you have any queries, comments or complaints
on or about our website, you can contact us at info@perfectarrow.com.
Making a purchase: (top)
We hope you find the site simple to use, but if you encounter any difficulties please contact us. Simply browse
our online store, and if you would like to buy any items click the 'Add to Cart' button, after you have
finished your selections, click on "View Cart" if all OK click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for
a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
During the checkout process in Paypal there is an option for customers to select their state if any
tax is payable (Kansas residents only). Once the order process is complete you will receive a
confirmation email (sale receipt). Please note for added security all payments are received
via Paypal and we do not view your credit/debit card details at any point. Credit card transactions
will show on your statement as PERFCTARROW or will have the extended name of PERFECTARROW ARCHRY.
International Orders: (top)
We have a few guidelines for international orders that you should know. Please read the following
information when purchasing products internationally. You will need to allow the full 14 days to receive
your order from the date of dispatch.
- We accept international orders but we may need to charge additional shipping charges to complete the order.
Our online store offers an estimate shipping amount for International orders. Please select "USPS International
Shipping" from the drop down selection during the checkout process.
- You will need place the order through our website, then we'll check with the shipping providers
to determine if their is an extra cost. At that point we'll send you an invoice via Paypal for additional funds to
cover shipping if required. This is the most practical method for international orders at this time. You may contact us
before purchasing on the website for a "shipping estimate".
- Generally, the shipping charges displayed in the website are sufficient to cover the costs.
- You are responsible for any duty or customs tax for your country.
- You also take full responsibility to know the laws within your country for products that are illegal.
- We will not change the invoice to read "gift" or reduce the cost displayed on the invoice.
- Tracking numbers for International orders may not be available or if available the tracking number will
provide limited, if any, details on the location of the package during transit.
Payment for purchase: (top)
We must receive the whole payment for the goods that you ordered before your order can be
accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an
email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence
a binding contract between us.
Payment terms: (top)
We will charge your payment account upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled
within 30 days then a refund will be issued. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because
you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for
the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries
to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Availability: (top)
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment will be taken by Paypal on completion of your
order. If goods ordered are not available in stock or delivery can not be fulfilled within 30 days we will contact
you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is
available from stock or to cancel your order.
Orders that include a bow purchase may take longer to process. This could be from several factors such as having the
bow you ordered in our stock, but your specifications require a mod or cam change. The bow will have to be put in the bow
press and customized. Orders with bows that come in target or competition colors are subject to longer processing times.
In such case were the bow is not in stock we can drop ship directly from the manufacturer to you without any delay and
in some cases it could be faster than normal processing through our pro shop.
Ordering Errors: (top)
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering
process. If you realize you've made a mistake in your order, please contact us by
phone or email. Please state your
order number and items purchased. If you contact us immediately, we will not process your order until it's correct.
Price & Tax: (top)
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are exclusive of sales tax
which will be added at the end of your order when entering your state of residence. Kansas residents will have to
pay 5.3% sales tax when entering payment details at Paypal.
Wherever it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price
indicated, we will advise you by email, offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the
price stated in the email and will state the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.
Shipping and Handling: (top)
We ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, normally the same day or within 2 days of receiving
the order. The order is shipped by the fastest and most economical route. We reserve the right to select the
courier that better suits you for both time and money savings. Most orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or
FedEx at our discretion. You can expect to receive your order within 2-14 working days subject to the item being in
stock. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to back order or cancel. Special
non-standard delivery requests may also incur additional costs. (Non-standard such as life size targets, heavy metal
tree stands, etc,.)
UPS has a $5.00 fee for readdressing a package when during mid-transit. If you require your shipment to be readdressed
then we will pass that fee on you. Please pay promptly so that we can notify UPS of the change in delivery address.
To avoid this charge, please supply us with the correct address you wish your package to be shipped to and if needed
have someone available to sign for the package. Note: Commercial address is recommended.
All orders start with a base fee of $3.00. Then each product has a unique shipping price that is based on the
product weight or size. The shipping logic follows a simple formula as $3.00 + product weight (A+B+C). For
special services such as Two Day Air, then an additional fee is added to the order based on the total
shipping price. Not all products and items can be shipped via Two Day Air.
*We can not ship glues or flammable liquids by air mail. Ground shipping is the only option for these products.
*$3.00 shipping on all compound bows shipped within the continental USA. This offer does not include
our traditional bows as they are already deeply discounted. This includes your entire order with the bow.

Delivery Charges: (top)
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded. For over seas orders please
contact us directly at info@perfectarrow.com, upon which we will advise you
on delivery charges for your specific item and country.
Delivery: (top)
- Our delivery charges are subject to change without notice if required to fulfil the order.
- Please note that currently through the website we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United States of
America at our set delivery charges, this excludes Alaska and Hawaii and International destinations. These areas you will be
required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the
case we will inform you before we send the goods so you may cancel the contract should you wish to do so.
- We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that
this address is accurate. Small and inexpensive items (those that will fit through a letterbox or in a mailbox; will be
sent by USPS. Large parcels will be sent by either USPS, UPS or direct from the manufacturer, for which you will have
to sign for. Please take this into account when you include the delivery address on your order form. We cannot accept any
liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered. We will aim to deliver the goods by the
date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our
reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an
alternative time.
- You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods
have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk and Ownership: (top)
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at
the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully
delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order: (top)
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm
receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm details. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch
of the good(s) ordered.
Our Guarantee: (top)
All products sold are brand new, unused and as supplied directly from the respective manufacturers and/or distributor.
We do not sell second hand or used products unless clearly specified otherwise. No items are sent out on a "trial"
basis. The warranty period between Perfect Arrow and the customer is strictly 25 days from invoice purchase date,
regardless of any warranty replacements.
Returns and Cancellations: (top)
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of certain items within 2 days of delivery. You should be
aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for
services carried out by us (for example the making of custom strings, made up arrows or cutting shafts to length).
Certain items that are custom made cannot be returned, so please ensure you have specified the correct information in the
order. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for goods that have been, used, installed,
packaging defaced or are in a non re-sellable condition as new.
To return goods, please contact us for a "Return Authorisation Code". Once you have this authorisation please package
the relevant item securely and send it to us (or the manufacturer it was drop shipped from) with a copy of the
authorisation number so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date of the issued authorisation number.
Remember to mark package and/or customs labels with "Returned Goods" - For added protection, we recommend that
you use a recorded or insured delivery service, Perfect Arrow is not liable for any loss or damage whilst in return transit.
Please note that you will be responsible for all the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item
to you in error or the item is faulty on delivery. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than
30 days from the receipt of the returned goods, subject to meeting in full all requirements as set out above.
Cancellations by Us: (top)
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to
a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by
us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
Liability: (top)
If you do not receive goods ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have
no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address or by email of the problem
within 60 days of the date on which you ordered the goods (unless this is not reasonably practicable).
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery.
- to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence
of the relevant breach of contract. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation,
including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation
or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation
and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable
local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you
for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and
sent to our contact address at 3948 C.R. 1250, Coffeyville, Kansas, 67337 and all notices from us to you will be
displayed on our website from time to time.
Changes to Legal Notices: (top)
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often
as possible.

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Perfect Arrow will not disclose our clients' information to third parties. Cookies are used to track orders through
the system but we do not "sniff" any personal details from your computer (such as names, addresses, phone, etc,). We do
use cookies to help us monitor and improve the performance of the site. The only personal information that will be received
by Perfect Arrow is shipping information and contact details (email address only) that are supplied to us by Paypal after
you have placed an order. Credit card details are NOT stored on any Perfect Arrow secure server and transactions will
show on your statement as PERFCTARROW or will have the extended name of PERFECTARROW ARCHRY.
