Name: Bill Lay (William) Title: Owner Executive Director of Technical Support, Order Fulfillment and Wholesale Relations Hometown: Coffeyville, Kansas Age: 53 Background: Opened Lay's Achery in 1989 because of the lack of equipment for people who are left handed. The business began by ordering a few bows from Bear/Jennings on a promotional program. The very first sales were literally out of the back of a pickup bed truck in Coffeyville, Kansas. A lot has happend over the last 20 years and now Lay's Archery is the largest dealer in Kansas Bill has been hunting for several years now and enjoys talking with people about the latest products. He's also friends with many key names in the industry. Lay's Archery is a walk-in retail shop in Coffeyville, Kansas and ships globally.

Name: Justin Lay Title: Owner Executive Director of IT, Online Sales and Promotions Hometown: Coffeyville, Kansas Age: 33 Background: Justin has been a bowhunter and target shooter starting from a very young age. This is a family business so he doesn't know any different and archery has been his hobby for many years. His heart still races when the new bow lines are sent from the manufacturers to the shop. Having worked for several large companies around the globe, this experience has sharpend his business skills but nothing can change his passion for archery. As they say, "You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy!" Justin has joined hands with his Father to help grow the family business. Our strategy is to rebrand Lay's Archery as Perfect Arrow for a global online presence.
